Heather grew up in the small town of Trent, South Dakota, north of Sioux Falls. She graduated from Colman-Egan High School in Colman, SD and furthered her education in Medical Coding at Western Dakota Technical Institute in Rapid City.
Heather worked 11 years at First Administrators, Inc., a Third-Party Medical Claims Administrator, as a Claims Processor, Reporting Specialist and Operations Account Specialist, before the company ceased operations in Rapid City in April, 2014.
In her free time, Heather enjoys taking photos and scrapbooking, reading, and being outdoors. She enjoys running in local events in the Black Hills and has participated in the “Run Crazy Horse” & “Deadwood Mickelson Trail” half
marathons.
Heather is married to Jeremy, and they have two boys.
