JoAnn joined Western Dakota Insurors in August of 1988. In 1998, JoAnn obtained the Designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. This program aids those taking its courses in expanding their insurance knowledge through focused study of risks, coverage options, and exposures, enabling them to provide exceptional customer service.
